Payments

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept credit cards as long as the order is placed over the phone and not on E-Bay. On E-Bay you will need to use whatever payment method they request.

What payment methods do you accept over the phone?

We can take payments in the form of credit or debit card. We can also email you a PayPal Invoice or we can accept cash on pickup. 

Which credit/debit cards do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, etc...

Do you accept Checks or Money Orders?

We do not.

Do you provide financing options?

We do not provide financing options. However, purchasing on E-Bay may provide you with a payment plan option.

Will you accept wire transfers?

We can accept wire transfers, however, products will not be shipped or allowed to be picked up until the wire transfer/ach payment clears.

Shipping

How long does order processing take?

We try and ship out items within 1 business day. However, larger items such as printers, may take up to 4 business days to ship while we arrange for a carrier to pick up the item from our location and ship it to you.

How long will shipping take to arrive at my location?

It all depends on which warehouse our items are coming from and with which carrier we use. For smaller items, we typically ship out of Glenburn, ME and use FedEx. For larger items, it may take longer.

Can we ask for expedited shipping?

On smaller items, we may be able to expedite for an additional fee. Please reach out to us via e-mail, contact us page or phone.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US States. We may also ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, but you will need to request a freight quote via email, phone or contact us page.

We do not ship to Canada, overseas or any international territories. However, if you can arrange for a pick up or have a US shipping address such as a freight forwarder, we can ship there.

Do you provide tracking details?

Yes, as soon as the item ships or is picked up by the carrier, we provide details and tracking to you.

Is there anything I need to do once my order ships?

Yes, follow tracking closely and make sure that you leave any necessary notes or call the carrier to make changes in delivery if you will not be home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

As for larger items not shipped FedEx, UPS or USPS.. You will need to schedule in advance with the carrier when you are available for delivery. Failure to reach out will result in a missed delivery or delivery that may be left out in the open.

What shipping companies do you ship with?

Our default shipping company is FedEx. But we may at times use UPS or USPS depending on location and delivery costs. 

For LTL or freight, we use a variety of different carriers depending on availability. This can be R&L Carriers, T-Force Freight, A DUIE PYLE, etc...

Damaged Items, Returns, etc..

Do you accept returns?

Yes, but please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee as laid out in our terms and conditions. We do not accept returns older than 14 days from the date the item was received.

What condition must the returns be sent back in?

Returns must be sent back exactly as received. Otherwise an additional fee or refusal to accept the return may occur.

What if my product was damaged in transit?

If you notice damage to the external packaging, please refuse delivery, take a picture of all sides of the shipment and immediately reach out to us so we can rectify the situation.

If you find internal damage, please take a picture of the outside packaging and of the damage from multiple angles and reach out to us.

What if we received a wrong item?

Please provide us with a picture of the item along with a picture of any barcodes, labels or packing slips. Please also provide us with a picture of the packaging and let us know what you had originally ordered.
